Mailing Information

Envelopes are mailed with USPS First Class Mail.

We begin mailing monthly lessons after the 20th of each month and continue to mail until the end of the month. 

Acceptance letters are mailed within 5 days of your first order, provided the address is correct.

Envelopes can take between 1-2 weeks to arrive within the United States depending on their destination. Weather, socio-political events, and transport can affect the duration of the delivery. International delivery outside of the US can take between 2-4 weeks, and specifically, delivery to Australia and New Zealand can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Please keep this in mind before ordering.

Envelopes that fail to arrive within the expected timeframe may be replaced free of charge. Up to three consecutive months of replacements can be mailed. Please contact us if you fear your envelope has gone missing. A confirmation of the mailing address will be required for replacements, so please communicate with gift recipients to ensure that the correct address is given. Replacements will not be mailed until this has been confirmed.

Apartments, duplexes, and other communal living properties will require a second line address (APT 203, Unit B, etc). Example:
