Shipping and Refunds
We mail our letters using United States Forever postage stamps. Not only does this maintain the personal feel of our letters, but it also the most affordable way for our customers to receive them. Because we use postage stamps, we are unable to offer tracking on our letters. Please note the shipping estimates at the bottom of our subscribe page. If you are concerned your letter is lost, please email us and we will replace your letter free of charge.
Due to the subscription nature of our business, we do not offer refunds outside of special circumstances. Our automatic renewal terms are listed below our subscription options. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
